These terms and conditions, together with other documents that may be referred to in this document, set out our terms and conditions for using our website. www.benefits-information.com.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as it is important that you understand them as they affect your legal rights.
Your agreement to comply and be bound by them is deemed to occur on the first use of our website. If you don’t agree with them then you must stop using our website immediately.

We/Us/Our mean all text, images, audio, video, scripts, databases, software or any other information that can be stored on a computer or appears on or forms part of our website.
We are benefits information – I am a sole trader from East Devon.
Access to my site is free and charge and is available on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. I might alter, suspend or discontinue my website at any time and for any period. All the content on this website and intellectual property rights unless specified and labelled as otherwise belong to me. It is applicable to England and Wales only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence or reuse any content on this site unless I have given you permission. This includes any form of logo or trademark.
You must not link to my website without my permission.
You may not use my website in any way which might cause damage to my website or interfere with anyone else's use of the website or in any way that is harmful, unlawful, abusive, harassing, or breaching any applicable law, regulation, governmental order or make, transmit, store electronic copies of my content which is protected by copywrite without my permission.
If I have linked to other sites, these are not under my control and I can’t take responsibility or liability for the content of these sites.
We give information on this site which is provided for general information purposes. I will make every effort to ensure that the content on these pages are up to date and remain relevant but I can’t make warranties or guarantees (implied or expressed) that this is the case.
I will not accept liability to any user for loss or damage whether foreseeable or otherwise connected with the use of my site or the provision of my service. I will take reasonable care and skill to ensure that this site is free from virus and malware but will not accept liability for loss, damage resulting from viruses, malware, service attacks or other harmful events that might affect your hardware, software, data or other material the occurs because of using my site or downloading any content from it.

I provide advice on benefits and help with completing forms. I provide help that can be digitally delivered, and I have strict no refund policy.
Although I will do everything I can to help you complete these forms, I cannot guarantee a successful claim as this is outside my circumstances.
I will not help anyone make a fraudulent claim.
I expect to be paid up front for any work that is done – we will come to a payment arrangement when your appointment is made – this will usually be done by bank transfer – details to be given prior to your form completion.
There may be additional charges should you wish me to travel to you. These will be charged at 50p a mile plus time (charged at £50 per hour).
I reserve the right to claim additional fees should your form take longer than 2 hours or you need an additional appointment – this is charged at £50 per hour (or part of an hour).
I can only provide home visiting services within a 25 mile radius of Honiton in East Devon – and only to people who are being supported by social services or other professional care company in a support capacity. You will need to arrange for the support worker to be there at the same time as the appointment.
